Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and mentor your team to conjure up top-notch deliverables that'll make waves in the streaming realm.
- Partner up with designers and stakeholders to cook up technical solutions.
- Dive into the action with hands‑on coding that sets the gold standard for best practices.
- Working with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, ensuring our projects meet deadlines.
- Provide code reviews and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Ideally a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, although this isn’t a key requirement.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Drive the continued use of agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and ensure effective project management and delivery.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
In return you’ll be offered a salary of up to £85,000 and hybrid working, going into the office 2-3 days a week.
