  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Drive the continued use of agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.

In return you’ll be offered a salary of up to £85,000 and hybrid working, going into the office 2-3 days a week.
