We’re currently recruiting for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join a friendly and growing Mortgage Team within a well-established financial planning firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year’s experience within mortgage administration who is either working towards CeMAP or keen to begin studying, and looking to build a long-term career within mortgages and wider financial planning.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment, working closely alongside experienced advisers and administrators who are passionate about development, knowledge‑sharing, and delivering excellent client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support to Mortgage & Protection Advisers
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising professionally with clients, lenders, insurers, and third parties
- Supporting mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Delivering a high standard of client service throughout the process
- Assisting with compliance and internal processes in line with FCA requirements
About You
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within Mortgage Administration
- Working towards CeMAP or motivated to begin studying
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
- Team player who enjoys working within a collaborative office environment
