About the Role

At Tokko Youth Hub, we support children and young people to build confidence, develop resilience, and create brighter futures. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee a range of services, including Youth Work, Young Parents support, and Counselling, ensuring services are safe, effective, and truly make a difference.

You Will

  • Lead and support a committed team
  • Ensure high‑quality, safe service delivery
  • Monitor performance and improve outcomes
  • Work with partners and stakeholders across the community

About You

  • Experience working with children and young people
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding
  • Confidence in leading or supporting a team
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
