About the Role
At Tokko Youth Hub, we support children and young people to build confidence, develop resilience, and create brighter futures. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee a range of services, including Youth Work, Young Parents support, and Counselling, ensuring services are safe, effective, and truly make a difference.
You Will
- Lead and support a committed team
- Ensure high‑quality, safe service delivery
- Monitor performance and improve outcomes
- Work with partners and stakeholders across the community
About You
- Experience working with children and young people
- A strong understanding of safeguarding
- Confidence in leading or supporting a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
