The Role

  • Define and deliver credit pricing strategies across customer acquisition and lifetime pricing.
  • Own pricing governance and fair value frameworks, representing pricing in senior forums.
  • Lead the development and oversight of pricing, forecasting and performance models.
  • Set and manage valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR and risk adjusted margins.
  • Use testing and experimentation to assess pricing changes and optimise outcomes.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists within a growing commercial analytics function.
  • Partner closely with product, analytics and engineering teams to improve data quality, automation and reporting.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within credit pricing, lending, financial services or a closely related regulated environment.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics, lifetime value and profitability frameworks.
  • Experience using testing methodologies such as A B testing to inform pricing decisions.
  • Ability to balance commercial outcomes with risk management and regulatory expectations.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide analytical teams.
  • Comfortable working with analytical outputs and models, without needing to code day to day.
