With over 45 years of market experience, two banking licences, and offices in 11 countries, we deliver 24/7 accessibility and support international payments across 190 countries in 130 currencies.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as a processor to facilitate mass payments for key corporate clients and ensure smooth execution of all transactions.
- Understand and service existing and new client payment solutions.
- Run processing for key clients, ensuring that all payments are dealt with efficiently and all bookings and reporting are completed on time.
- Retain and grow the current book of business by providing efficient service on incoming mass payment files.
- Integrate and provide mass payment services for new clients.
- Help clients onboard and process mass payments.
- Collaborate closely with the payment solutions, account opening, AML, operations, back office and customer service teams to build strong client relationships.
- Generate new ideas for expanding the Payment Solutions business and develop new business streams.
- Work with teams to automate and improve payment processing, book deals, and FX trades.
- Maintain high professional standards and represent the company externally at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client events.
Qualifications
- Previous mass payments and FX dealing experience (desirable).
- Strong customer care and development skills.
- Effective relationship building across teams and with stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multichannel environment (telephone, email, face‑to‑face).
- Prior experience with APIs (preferred).
- Degree‑level education or equivalent experience (desired).
- Fluency in English; additional European languages desirable.
