Overview

An established reinsurance broker seeks a Processing Manager to oversee technical operations and bring functions in-house.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of technical and administrative aspects of reinsurance processes.
• Manage documentation related to reinsurance contracts, including slips, endorsements, and bordereaux.
• Process and reconcile premiums and claims payments between brokers, insurers, and reinsurers.
• Maintain liaison with brokers, underwriters, clients, and reinsurers to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication.
• Hire and train additional team members in the short to medium term.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with insurance/reinsurance systems (e.g. XChanging, PPL, IBS, etc.).
• Prior experience within support or technical teams in a reinsurance or insurance brokerage.
• Previous team leader or management experience.
• Strong background in reinsurance and a passion for delivering high‑quality support to brokers.
