Due to expansion, they are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join their market leading industrial investment team.
They have an exceptional client list and understanding on the UK market and client service is second to none.
Role & Responsibilities
- Joining one of the leading industrial investment teams in the market, working with institutional grade properties on market leading transactions
- To support the Partners and wider team on all analytical roles and aspects of client reporting and transactional work on live sales and acquisitions
- There will be a particular focus on building and interrogating business plan assumptions and DCFs in both excel and in utilising external modelling software
- Research / Data Processing – maintaining databases and utilising in house data and external programs to support client advice, underwriting, reporting and IC requirements
- AI – using AI tools to innovate our client offer, prepare market research and highlight data trends
What we are looking for
- Analyst who has a strong understanding of cash flow modelling in excel and analytics
- Circa 2-4 years of industry experience
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic
- Experience and/or interest in the industrial sector
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Real estate, maths, finance, economics degree, MRICS is not essential
