Implant & Lab Sales Specialist
Responsible for selling Dentsply Sirona dental implants and their digital implant workflows to help new and existing customers grow their business. This role requires a strong knowledge of dental implants and a passion for collaborating with colleagues and dental practice teams to help people smile. The position is based in Yorkshire, North East South Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Dentsply Sirona implant and implant workflow specialist, providing technical knowledge (both face‑to‑face and virtually) to customers.
- Develop, deploy and maintain account plans that align Dentsply Sirona and customer objectives for mutual benefit.
- Identify and develop new business (existing and competitor) in collaboration with sales team members to sell implants and their workflows.
- Articulate business and clinical benefits of workflows to achieve mutual success.
- Embed new and existing workflows with customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on delivering the best education programmes to customers.
- Monitor implant trends and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Record all customer interactions and information in Salesforce.com.
- Complete routine administration tasks accurately and on time (e.g., Salesforce.com leads & opportunities, expenses, emails, ongoing learning).

- Background knowledge of dental implants is preferred.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
