Responsibilities

  • Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
  • Play an active role in our charitable support programme, advising people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available so we meet our customers’ needs.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Degree.
  • Passionate about leading and empowering a team.
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme – support provided upon offer.
  • Complete a DBS check – organised by Tesco before employment.

Our Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams—including security, stock replenishment, range management and administration—to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for customers and patients, while maintaining safety.
