Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader

Nuffield Health is recruiting for a passionate, dedicated, reliable individual with childcare experience. The role is based in the nursery within our Nuffield Health Fitness Centre. We are a strong team of around 12 staff in our small nursery, providing activities such as swim school, baby yoga, and more.

What will you be involved in as a Room Leader?

• Overall responsibility for your room and staff, ensuring they perform to the highest standards.
• Keyworker responsibility for meeting every individual child’s needs.
• Implement the EYFS.
• Follow and adhere to nursery and company policies.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and update parents on their child’s day and development.

What do we look for in a Room Leader?

• Minimum 2 years experience leading a room.
• Qualifications: NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3 or SVQ.
• A passion for developing a nursery.
• A passion for children and supporting their development.

Key Information About The Role

Position is for Baby Room, children aged 3-24 months.
