Growth Marketing Manager

Company: h2 Recruit
Apply for the Growth Marketing Manager
Location: London
Job Description:

h2 Recruit is partnering exclusively with a stealth-mode, AI-native law firm that has gone from zero to £1m ARR in under four months. Backed by $10m in funding from a leading US venture capital firm, this is one of the most exciting early-stage opportunities in London right now.

The company is reimagining legal services from the ground up — combining senior legal expertise with proprietary AI infrastructure to deliver work at magic circle quality with radically better speed. They’ve already processed over $200m of legal work across real estate and private equity markets, and every matter makes the platform smarter.

The founding team is exceptional: 80% have previously founded and raised for their own companies. The CEO is an ex-magic circle lawyer, the CTO was an early AI/ML hire at a UK fintech that scaled to $4bn+ valuation, and the engineering team includes multiple ex-founders shipping generative AI products end-to-end.

The Role

They’re hiring their first dedicated Growth Marketer to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation, working directly alongside the founding GTM lead. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the growth engine from scratch at a company with genuine product-market fit and serious momentum.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running rapid product marketing experiments — iterating on website messaging, structure, and conversion using Webflow and Figma to find what resonates with sophisticated legal buyers
  • Owning top-of-funnel pipeline generation with meetings booked as your North Star metric
  • Building and managing paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google) as the motion matures
  • Analysing experiment results and feeding insights back to the GTM lead and C-suite
  • Supporting broader growth initiatives including events, partnerships, and positioning work with the founders

What we’re looking for

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally at early-stage startups
  • Webflow and Figma proficiency (or very close adjacents)
  • Genuinely AI-native — you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex daily, and you’ve built something with them, not just chatted
  • Hypothesis-driven mindset — you can independently identify a growth lever, design an experiment, ship it, and read the data
  • High agency, high energy, and a chip on your shoulder — you haven’t had your big breakout moment yet, but you know exactly what good looks like
  • Bonus: former founder, ex-consulting, or shipped a product 0→1

The Details

  • £60,000 – £80,000 base salary (flexible for the right person)
  • Competitive equity in a company with genuine traction
  • Hybrid — 3 days per week in their London office
