Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development from initial concept through to detailed design on small and large-scale projects
- Build strong narratives and standout design directions that connect emotionally and commercially
- Interrogate briefs, identify key objectives and demonstrate a solid understanding of the consumer journey
- Represent the agency confidently in client meetings
- Line manage and support the development of junior team members
- Produce CAD drawing packs and relevant specification documents
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a relevant agency or industry role
- Strong conceptual thinker with an individual creative style
- Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; proficient in 3D modelling and render programmes (SketchUp/V‑Ray preferred)
- Experienced in reading and creating CAD drawing packs
- Commercially aware and culturally curious
- Collaborative, energetic and eco-conscious on materiality
