Your new role
As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer based in Nottingham, you'll play a key role in delivering mechanical building services design across a range of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing detailed mechanical designs and specifications
- Delivering projects to agreed timelines, budgets and technical standards
- Supporting the development of cost-effective engineering solutions
- Attending client meetings and contributing to project briefs
- Reviewing tenders and preparing technical reports
- Conducting site inspections and producing condition reports
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and IES
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Experience in mechanical design within building services
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (Amtech knowledge beneficial)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
