Senior Mechanical Engineer – Data Centres

Location: Hybrid if close to offices throughout the UK or Fully Remote

Salary: £55,000-£70,000 + benefits depending on experience

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the delivery of mechanical building services design across Data Centre projects, working from concept through to detailed design and delivery.

The role offers a good mix of technical delivery, coordination, and project involvement, alongside opportunities to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions internally.

Key requirements

  • Experience within mechanical building services design
  • Previous Data Centre or mission-critical project experience is essential
  • Good understanding of UK and/or international standards
  • Experience with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD and IES
  • Comfortable working within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Able to manage deadlines and coordinate project deliverables
  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Working towards Chartership or interested in pursuing it
