Job Summary

Are you an electrical engineer with industrial experience looking to make a career change and help train the next generation? Join this employee‑owned training provider based in Rochester and deliver short practical courses to adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver short practical training courses (1‑day to 10‑day programmes) to small groups of engineers.
• Develop new course material and create training rigs.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of training delivery.
• Occasional travel – a stay‑away every four weeks (mileage allowance or company van provided).

Qualifications

• Strong background as an electrical engineer in industry (manufacturing, plant, utilities, heavy industry, etc.).
• Relevant vocational qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• No prior teaching experience required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary £52,000 + performance bonuses.
• Employee shares as part of an employee‑owned business.
• Mileage allowance (plus occasional company van use).
• All expenses paid.
• 25 days holiday per year.
