Responsibilities

• You will join the kitchen brigade.
• You will prepare mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
• You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
