You will join as a founding engineer at an AI-native law firm disrupting the £19B legal services market. Working alongside a technical CEO with multiple exits, you'll build sophisticated client platforms and conveyancer dashboards that automate 80% of human workload. This role places you at the frontier of AI and legal automation.

What You Will Do
- Design and develop intuitive, polished interfaces for complex legal workflows using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Work across the full stack to orchestrate transaction state machines and integrate LLMs into core product features.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience building modern web applications with a strong emphasis on frontend excellence and product design.
- Demonstrates expert command of React, Next.js, and Python, with a history of building end-to-end features from scratch.
- Is a power user of AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code, moving at a speed that matches an early-stage startup environment.
