About the Role
This new position is situated in the software and fleet technology sector, focused on bridging customers with innovative products through professional installation, servicing, and removal of Lightfoot devices in vehicles. You will deliver outstanding workmanship, maintain high safety standards, and create a positive, confident experience for every customer. The role includes using a company vehicle and all necessary equipment, and requires travel throughout the UK, especially in Manchester, the North, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete installations, removals, and service calls to Lightfoot’s best‑in‑class standards.
- Represent the Lightfoot brand professionally at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, PPE usage, and risk assessments.
- Accurately record work completed using Salesforce/Portal applications.
- Provide first‑line technical feedback on installation challenges to our internal operations teams based in Exeter.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and stock (kits, consumables, PPE).
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in auto‑electrical, telematics, or fleet technology fitting preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills.
- Customer‑facing experience with professional communication.
- Full UK driving licence and DBS clearance required.
