We’re looking for an experienced supervisor to join our growing team, working on live construction, fit‑out & commercial projects across the Warrington area.

This isn’t a desk job — it’s a hands‑on role where you’ll lead a small team, get stuck in, and make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and working alongside your own cleaning team
• Delivering high standards on active construction and fit‑out sites
• Reporting daily to the site and cleaning managers
• Driving a company van between locations

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of cleaning + supervisory experience
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• A CSCS card (or willingness to get one — we’ll help!)
• Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to lead by example

Hours

Full-time (with option of a 30-hour, 4-day week)
