Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM setup, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Produce and maintain BIM models, drawings, and structured data.
  • Manage and develop Revit families and project standards.
  • Mentor team members and oversee project resources and quality.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and contribute to best‑practice networks.

Qualifications

  • HNC (or equivalent) or higher in Structural/Civil Engineering.
  • Solid grasp of structural design principles.
  • Strong BIM software experience (Revit, Revizto, Navis, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD); familiarity with Power BI, Tekla, Rhino is a bonus.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, including model setup, modelling, drawing production and family management.
  • Experience managing and supporting others through guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels with regular reporting to Project Managers and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
  • Having, or working towards, a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICE EngTech).
