Service Engineer (Marine)
Location: Rotterdam
Salary: €48,000 – €55,000 gross base salary + Overtime + Additional travel pay (Total earnings circa €55,000 – €68,000) + Company Car (with personal use after probation) + 8.33% Holiday pay + 26 days holiday + Pension + Phone + Laptop

This company is a maritime specialist supplying cargo and loading handling solutions to merchant, naval, port and offshore markets. With expansion at its Rotterdam site the company is looking to grow its market share and expand its specialist division by hiring multiple Service Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites across European Seas
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair marine projects for clients
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic engineering work
- Spend 50%+ of time traveling and staying away from home
Qualifications
- Maritime/marine engineering background
- Transferable engineering experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic fields
- Fluent English speaker
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedule
- Excellent customer‑facing skills and strong customer service orientation
- Willingness and flexibility to stay away from work
