Your Role
Join our fast‑growing Data‑Driven Financial Risk & Compliance (DFRC) team and shape the future of risk and finance. You will help transform risk management from a reactive function into a strategic powerhouse, utilizing AI, cloud‑first data platforms and agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and data teams to understand data requirements, define data ownership and apply governance policies.
- Implement and support data governance and data quality initiatives to meet regulatory and organisational standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with industry standards.
- Manage metadata, ensuring discoverability, consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to guarantee accuracy, completeness and adherence to governance standards.
- Contribute to diverse data‑driven projects, applying agile methodology, requirements gathering, stakeholder management and compliance expertise.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in consulting or financial services with proven stakeholder management.
- Hands‑on experience across End‑to‑End Analytics, AI Transformation or large‑scale deployment programmes.
- Passion for data and ability to solve complex problems using latest tools and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into engaging storytelling.
Technical And Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data stewardship, lineage, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Talend, and proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with project governance artefacts (JIRA, Epic, User Story, Backlog).
- Practiced in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Effective storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Senior Consultant Requirements (Optional)
- Exposure to GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239, Solvency II and associated data‑governance strategies.
- Experience in records management and data privacy frameworks.
- People‑management, product‑owner or work‑stream leadership experience.
- Commercial support experience: defining scope, agreeing budgets, and participating in the commercial cycle.
