Our client is looking for a strategic, commercially minded HR leader to drive the People agenda across a fast‑paced Project Management team.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the People strategy
- Provide trusted, commercially focused HR advice
- Use data and insights to influence decision‑making
- Deliver People projects and change initiatives
- Oversee talent and succession planning
- Produce high‑quality people reporting and analysis

What you’ll bring:
- Ideally HR CIPD 5 or 7 preferred
- 5 Years + in a Senior HRBP experience in a generalist role
- Solid HRBP experience gained within the infrastructure industry.
- Background in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in their city office with 2 days working from home.
