Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers, understand their home needs, style preferences, and budget, and provide professional advice on furniture and home product selection.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, and friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry through after‑sales support, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Build and maintain long‑term, stable relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Continuously learn and master company product knowledge, design trends, and sales policies to provide expert consultation.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales consultation and advisory skills, with the ability to effectively guide customers and provide solutions.
- Outstanding customer service awareness and communication skills, able to convey information clearly and professionally while building positive interactions.
- Customer satisfaction‑oriented, with the ability to proactively understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced, customer‑centred environment.
- Previous experience in sales or the home furnishing industry is preferred.
We Offer
- Base Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
- Total Annual Compensation Range: £40,000 – £65,000 (upper limit can be achieved or exceeded based on individual performance)
