Person Specification

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it.
  • Strong academics across the board – degree, A Levels and GCSEs.
  • Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level.
  • Must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers.
  • Must be willing to listen to feedback.
