This is an exciting opportunity for a strong educational leader dedicated to supporting young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs through personalised learning, high expectations, and a nurturing environment.

• Location: Thrapston
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Setting: SEN Alternative Provision

• Support the leadership and daily running of the school
• Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and behaviour
• Lead and develop staff
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support pupils with SEN and complex needs
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained

• QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
• Leadership experience within a school or AP setting
• Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and behaviour support
• Passionate, resilient, and student-focused
