Projects Lawyer (1–6 PQE)

The Opportunity

You will play a central role in the delivery of major energy, construction and infrastructure projects, advising developers, sponsors, funders and contractors across the full lifecycle of projects. The team’s work spans renewable energy (including wind, solar, battery storage and system services), large‑scale development and campus projects, and nationally significant energy and infrastructure assets.

Working closely with colleagues across Ireland, the UK and our international network, you will support market‑leading clients including EDF Renewables, NTR Plc, Energia, Brookfield, Sacyr and SUSI Partners. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high‑performing team led by Richard Murphy, Head of Energy (Ireland), and Ciaran McNamara, Head of Construction (Ireland).

What You'll Do

  • Advising on a broad range of construction, energy and infrastructure matters across renewable energy and major development projects
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on key project documentation, including construction contracts, professional appointments, development agreements and related project agreements
  • Supporting transactions across the full project lifecycle, from development and procurement through to delivery and operation
  • Working closely with colleagues across construction, real estate, finance, planning and regulatory teams to deliver integrated advice
  • Managing matters effectively, coordinating inputs across jurisdictions and meeting client deadlines
  • Building strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and playing an active role in the continued growth of our Projects practice
