Knowledge Lawyer

We’re working with a leading international offshore law firm looking to hire a Professional Support Lawyer to support its growing Finance practice in London.

This is a really interesting opportunity for a transactional lawyer who enjoys the technical side of transactions and wants to play a broader strategic role across know-how, training, and legal developments within a highly international practice.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining precedents, guidance notes, and internal know-how resources
• Supporting lawyers on technical legal queries and market developments
• Delivering training sessions and knowledge updates across the team
• Working closely with partners on thought leadership and client-facing content
• Supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and broader innovation projects

What they’re looking for:

• A qualified lawyer with strong transactional experience. Some regulatory experience would be advantageous
• Interest in knowledge management, training, and legal innovation
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• A collaborative and commercially minded approach
• Prior PSL/Knowledge experience is helpful but not essential
