The Role

As Corporate Actions Manager, you will lead and oversee corporate actions operations, ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational integrity.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and key clients to deliver innovative solutions, improve processes, and support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage corporate actions operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability across the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery through best practice and innovation.

  • Lead performance management activities, including annual reviews and oversight of departmental KRIs.
