Class Teacher / Primary Teacher (Year 1 – 6)

A supportive, large, and creative Primary School in Merton is looking to recruit a Class Teacher / Primary Teacher (Year 1 – 6) on a permanent basis. Both experienced teachers and strong NQTs/ECTs are welcomed.

Start date and contract

September 2026 start – Permanent Contract – Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons, inspiring young minds daily.
• Work alongside a range of outstanding Class Teachers.
• Additional Teacher Leadership Responsibilities available: Subject Lead and Year Group Lead.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK QTS.
• Ambitious teacher seeking progression and career development.
• Able to work well within a supportive team of Primary Teachers.
• Previous lesson observations desirable – Good or Outstanding.
