Position Summary
We’re looking for a salesperson to join our Direct Sales Team! Your main tasks would include selling EC courses in all our fabulous locations, delivering a wow customer service, hitting weekly sales targets and being knowledgeable about your respective sales region as well as the EC product.
Key Responsibilities
- To meet and exceed individual targets and KPI’s
- To help customers to choose the right EC product meeting their requirements by adopting consultative approach to selling
- To cross sell and upsell at every opportunity
- To be knowledgeable of the EC product offering and that of competitors
- To adhere to the CRM etiquette
- To work closely with the marketing team on on-line or in-market campaigns
Education Required
- Post‑secondary level
- Fluency in English and Italian
Experience Required
- Sales/customer service Experience
Experience Desired
- Language Travel Industry Experience
- Any other languages would be considered an asset
