Digital Project Manager
London/Manchester, hybrid
Job Purpose
This position sits in the Experience & Engineering business unit. We deliver large‑scale website design and build projects, combining technical solutions with design to create engaging digital experiences for clients such as Nikon, London Marathon Events, and END.
Responsibilities
- Drive web design and build projects from initial concept to delivery.
- Manage the full project life‑cycle, from requirements capture to solution design, build, test and deployment.
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies to deliver on time, on budget and to high quality.
- Build and maintain client relationships, advising on cost, resources, problems and solutions.
- Serve as the key client contact, reporting project status and progress to stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and match them with agreed deadlines, continuously assessing working methods and recommending improvements.
- Oversee the project financial budget, notifying stakeholders of cost implications, budget changes and spending.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in digital project management, from briefing to delivery.
- Experience in Agile project delivery.
- Agency experience with a passion for IT, e‑commerce and digital projects.
- Previous experience managing the development of web and mobile sites.
- Adept at building effective client relationships and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
