Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Branch Managers and teams
• Drive consistent ways of working across the Group
• Support system improvements, business change & ERP projects
• Act as the link between branches and central teams
• Branded uniform

Strong understanding of branch operations, with solid knowledge of business processes and procedures particularly within Kerridge and PowerBI. Must have a full driving licence.
