Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives
- Support recruitment, training and supervision of staff
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals and families
- Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
Qualifications
- Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
- Passionate Care Assistants or Carers ready to take the next step in their career
