What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House & Workplace Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, delivering a warm and professional welcome
- Manage meeting room and desk bookings, ensuring smooth coordination of visitors
- Maintain a high standard across all office spaces
- Organise and coordinate hospitality for meetings and events
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office to ensure efficiency and organisation
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Review invoices and manage spend against budget
- Coordinate facilities maintenance, minimising disruption to business activities
- Liaise with building management and external service providers
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with UK workplace health and safety regulations
- Coordinate inspections and follow up on any required actions
- Maintain records for Fire Marshals and First Aiders, including training and refreshers
Events & Engagement
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events and team activities
- Help create a positive, engaging workplace culture
- Ensure smooth execution of office events and initiatives
Additional Support
- Provide occasional administrative support, including cover for senior executive support when required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
