1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who has won a huge contract in Reading.

We are currently looking for 3 Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out several thousand EPCs and Condition Surveys throughout Reading. All of the data will be recorded on a handheld device/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Carry out several thousand EPCs and Condition Surveys.
• Record all data on handheld devices (tablet PC).

Requirements

• Domnestic Energy Assessor Accreditation
• Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
• HHSRS Experience
• Stock Condition surveying experience

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of leading to more work.
