We're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Project & Change team. In this role, you'll lead key projects across the UK & Europe, ensuring strong planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of operational and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver multiple projects end‑to‑end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Create and manage project plans, risk logs, communication plans, and regular status reports.
  • Maintain strong governance and ensure compliance with internal frameworks.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering groups, and project meetings.
  • Lead impact assessments, contribute to business cases, and support training, communications, and readiness activities.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating when needed to maintain momentum.
  • Translate complex information into clear, accessible messages for different audiences.
  • Capture project learnings and support continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Change Manager to embed change and support adoption.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects, ideally in a change, operational, or transformation setting.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with common project tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable

  • Experience working in UK/European operational environments.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • Bi‑lingual capability to support European stakeholders (e.g., German).
  • Experience with additional project tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, Agile).
