They are now looking for an Internal Business Development Manager with knowledge of specialist lending to strengthen their sales function and help drive new business growth.

About the role

This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you will develop introducer partnerships, convert inbound opportunities and drive new business growth.

Working closely with brokers and intermediaries, you will act as a key contact, promoting lending solutions and supporting deals through to completion alongside underwriting and operations teams.

Initial onboarding will be office-based to support training and integration before transitioning to hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage broker and introducer relationships
  • Generate new business through outbound activity and networking
  • Promote specialist lending solutions confidently
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Work collaboratively to progress cases efficiently
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality introducer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales or relationship management
  • Background in specialist lending, bridging or development finance
  • Confident in outbound activity and building partnerships
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Target-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Motivated, ambitious and career-focused
