I’m working with a major consumer digital business looking for a Digital Operations Manager to lead operational delivery across Fraud and Payments.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of digital trading, customer experience, fraud prevention, and payment operations. You’ll be working across multiple internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure online operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading operational delivery across fraud and payment functions
- Managing and improving business processes and operational efficiency
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers
- Leading and developing Assistant Managers and operational teams
- Identifying trading risks, operational issues, and improvement opportunities
- Supporting a fast-paced digital/eCommerce environment
Ideal background:
- Strong operational leadership experience within digital, eCommerce, fraud, or payments
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capability
- Experience leading teams and driving performance
