Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional regulatory intelligence (RI) strategy, ensuring alignment with global regulatory direction and Health Authority expectations.
  • Identify, analyse and translate regulatory intelligence (guidelines, precedents, decisions) into actionable insights for submissions and strategy.
  • Act as a regional subject‑matter expert, influencing regulatory outcomes and reducing variability across markets.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration to embed intelligence into submission content, processes, and templates.
  • Coordinate and prioritise harmonisation and baseline initiatives such as dossier templates and labelling strategies across the region.
  • Deliver clear, concise intelligence outputs (impact assessments, trends, playbooks) for senior stakeholders.
  • Support capability building and training, ensuring effective adoption of new regulatory requirements and approaches.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological or Healthcare Science.
  • Strong experience in regulatory intelligence, policy, and strategy within a global environment.
  • Deep knowledge of clinical development, regulatory frameworks, and Health Authority processes.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive collaboration and alignment across complex, matrix teams.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • PhD in Biological or Healthcare Science.
