What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting students across KS3–KS5
Delivering targeted academic interventions
Working 1:1 with students requiring additional support
Assisting teachers in high-level classroom delivery
Mentoring students both academically and pastorally
Helping raise attainment and student confidence
Becoming fully immersed in school life and culture
