Background
This is an outstanding and unique opportunity to work as a Salaried GP in an extremely well‑run, forward‑thinking, training practice in Burton-upon-Trent. The practice has made excellent progress in recent months and is now in a prime position to recruit another GP.
There is an exceptionally reasonable workload of 21, 28 or 30 patients per day – depending on the day. You’ll also benefit from a paid coffee break each morning and embargoed continuity slots.
The Practice cannot consider out‑of‑area GPs, unless specifically relocating locally, and Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary
£10,500 – £11,500 per session + Indemnity paid + BMA contract + 7 weeks’ leave

- GP Training Practice
- Heavily reduced GP workload
- Successful strict protocols/processes in place, vibrant team
- Superb IT structure and support and organized practice
Your role
- 4 – 8 sessions per week
- Heavily reduced workload
- 9-15 patient contacts per session
- Dedicated daily admin time
- Reasonable duty doctor day
- Minimal home visit requirement
- EMIS Practice
- You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
