Eton Bridge Partners have partnered with a PE backed food manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an interim CFO for a 6-month contract.
This role is based in the Midlands, and are requiring 3 days on site a week, while the rest can be remote.
About the Role:
- Commercially minded CFO who can partner, challenge and work with the executive to grow the business
- Experience of, and success in, assisting with acquisitions and significant capital projects
- Has demonstrable experience of working in a highly geared, leveraged environment, managing covenants.
- A leader who will be able to develop and grow the capability of the finance function and influence throughout the business from a balanced, strategic mindset.
- Team player who will work closely in a high performing team with the executive. Comfortable with challenge, comfortable challenging, wants to achieve something great within the business.
- A key part of the role will be to help us develop our decision making around capital – so how do we ensure that we deploy our capital in a way that helps us grow the business.
- Comfortable supporting the Executive in a PE business that has historically been privately owned for many years and helping drive the required change in approach.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO in food manufacturing
- Hands on PE experience
- Team development/ coaching/ mentoring skills
- Qualified
