We are supporting a major global organisation delivering a large-scale Finance Systems Transformation Programme. This programme will transform finance capabilities through the worldwide implementation of Oracle Fusion, creating a unified, cloud-based finance foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern and challenge solution design produced by the integration partner
  • Ensure alignment with best practice and programme objectives
  • Manage cross-module integration touchpoints
  • Support testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT)
  • Maintain functional documentation and governance standards
  • Partner closely with Finance process owners and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience shaping functional architecture within Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance operations and how they are enabled within Oracle ERP and performance management solutions
  • Proven involvement across the full delivery lifecycle, from initial design and solution definition through build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
  • Solid knowledge of configuration frameworks, integration design, and data migration approaches within Oracle environments
  • Experience contributing to large, multi-entity or international finance transformation initiatives
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to provide oversight and constructive challenge to systems integrators to ensure scalable, best-practice solutions
