A highly ambitious lender within the property finance space is entering a major period of expansion and is now seeking a proven commercial leader to help scale operations across the UK.

Rather than simply maintaining an existing structure, this position is centred around growth, leadership and building a stronger national presence within the broker and introducer market.

The successful individual will play a key role in shaping sales direction, mentoring senior personnel and strengthening relationships across the specialist finance sector.

Package

• Up to £140,000 basic salary
• Hybrid working model
