About the role

You’ll oversee and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care delivery while building a positive, engaged, and capable workforce. From recruitment and onboarding to performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement—you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
  • Driving high standards of person‑centred care and service delivery
  • Partnering with People & Culture to recruit and onboard great talent
  • Supporting workforce planning and rostering in collaboration with internal teams
  • Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
  • Supporting CHSP client onboarding, reviews, and referrals
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders
  • Fostering a positive, values‑driven team culture

Desired skills and experience

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in Aged Care or Community Services (2–3+ years)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, or support a team
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
