Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join us as an FP&A Manager on a 12‑month FTC and play a huge part in our growth plans. You’ll have the opportunity to suggest ideas for business growth and improvement, and drive them through to completion with confidence. In this role you’ll report to the Director of FP&A and Commercial Finance, supporting the global FP&A and Commercial Finance team, with thorough knowledge and experience of financial planning and analysis. As part of the role, you will support the Global Growth teams with commercial analysis, pricing support and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial analysis: measure financial performance against targets with variance analysis and reasoning
- Budgeting & forecasting: preparation of annual budget and planning
- Cost analysis: developing a deep understanding of cost structure & drivers, cost forecasting and providing actionable insights
- Financial modeling: developing models, performing trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Data‑driven analytical support: suggesting recommendations & efficiencies to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Business partnering with growth and sales team, providing pricing expertise
- Data accuracy & completeness: reconciling transactions and correcting data
- Gain knowledge across the business and share updates
- Drive process improvement and develop policy initiatives to positively impact the business
- Ad‑hoc financial performance analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant: ACA, AICWA, MBA or equivalent
- Strong personal integrity and assertive work ethic
- Strong communication skills and total delivery ownership
- Ability to manage, influence and present to stakeholders including C‑level executives and board members
- Strong commercial FP&A experience, gained in a similar role
- Knowledge of the financial reporting processes
- Strong systems and data skills (including advanced Excel, Looker or equivalent business intelligence tool, and Salesforce), essential, including a high level of attention to detail

Hybrid Location
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in our London office.
