What You’ll Do:
A Senior Manager will bring a strong business strategy and analytical acumen coupled with operations and project management knowledge, attention to details, and a drive for efficiency, coupled with the ability to make things happen hands‑on.
Core Functions of the Team:
- Ideate new initiatives and drive implementation end‑to‑end to grow the Travel Distribution business
- Build business cases to evaluate new commercial initiatives or product feature requests through requirement collection from account management teams and partners
- Lead revenue optimization initiatives through distribution and pricing experiments, and content improvements
- Enable and support account management teams with tools, documentation and efficient processes
- Participate in commercial terms and incentives optimization, including rolling out new commercial and API connectivity features to partners
- Manage credit risk and maintain control frameworks and SLAs agreed with major stakeholders
- Manage cross‑functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and other departments
Location:
This position is based in Bangkok.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 7+ years of experience leading cross‑functional strategy or program initiatives end‑to‑end and delivering measurable outcomes (backgrounds may include consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, business analytics, product/program management, or equivalent experience)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with hands‑on knowledge of data pulling and processing tools
- Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to own the initiative end‑to‑end from idea creation to testing and execution, including managing various stakeholders to secure buy‑ins
- Independent, self‑driven, able to move fast and adapt well to changes
Good to Have:
- Experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience and understanding of the online travel industry, B2B travel APIs experience and/or connectivity skills
- Experience in go‑to‑market initiatives implementation
