Senior Sourcing Specialist – Construction Services

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Sourcing Specialist – Construction Services to lead and execute the Strategic Procurement for construction services supporting our EMEA data centre development programme. This role will play a key part in driving sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective and high‑quality procurement outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in data centre construction procurement and services procurement in a fast‑paced, complex environment.

What we are looking for

• Strong background in Procurement for data centre construction project
• sAdvanced experience in services procurement, including Architect and Engineering Design services, General Contractors, and third‑party services such as Project Management and Cost Managemen
• tAdvanced experience conducting cost‑benefit analysis and evaluating vendors based on price, quality, and availabilit
• yExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and vendor
• sBroad expertise and knowledge of relevant quality standards related to products and service
• sExperience using procurement modules for managing purchase orders, supplier information, and contract managemen
• tExcellent organisational and communication skills, with strong documentation and reporting capabilitie
• sAbility to operate calmly and effectively in a high‑pressure environmen
• )Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; relevant certifications (e.g. CSCP, CPIM) are a plus
