We’re looking for a Product Manager, who has a strong product sense, understands numbers, and knows how to build long-term supplier relationships. What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing assigned Vilgain product category/product lines, including working on new products based on given requirements.
  • Overseeing the full process from initial brief all the way to product launch.
  • Sourcing and selecting suitable suppliers, manufacturers, ingredients and packaging; managing purchasing and supplier relationships.
  • Monitoring trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Working closely with production, quality and procurement to ensure smooth manufacturing – tracking availability, quality, lead times and supplier capacity; collaborating with marketing to bring products to market.

  • Experience in purchasing, ideally with private-label production.
  • A love for food and a genuine desire to change the world.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to see processes in context.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple areas at once – from production to procurement.
  • Precision and attention to detail in data, numbers and processes.
  • A proactive mindset and the drive to seek more efficient solutions.
